Chris Spaulding
Executive Director
Christine Spaulding brings 35 years of dedicated experience working with differently abled individuals—a field she proudly calls her dream career. She holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Autism and has spent her professional life learning alongside the individuals and families she serves. Her work is grounded in respect, compassion, and a belief in every person’s ability to grow and thrive.
Christine has worked side‑by‑side with Senior Director Niomie Labinski for 27 years, a partnership built on shared values, deep trust, and a long‑standing commitment to quality, person‑centered services. As Executive Director of Moving Forward Inc., Christine is proud to lead an organization that changes lives every day. She finds inspiration in witnessing progress—both large and small—and is passionate about creating opportunities that promote independence, inclusion, and meaningful community participation.
Niomie Labinski
Senior Director
Niomie Labinski holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Services and brings 29 years of experience in the human services field, with a specialized focus on supporting individuals with disabilities. Her career includes leadership in group home management, employment services, and program development, always with an emphasis on dignity and individualized support.
For 27 years, Niomie has worked closely with Executive Director Christine Spaulding, forming a strong leadership partnership rooted in shared vision and mutual respect. As Senior Director at Moving Forward Inc., Niomie oversees the day habilitation program, where she is dedicated to empowering adults with disabilities through skill‑building, community engagement, and person‑centered planning. She is known for fostering environments where individuals feel valued, capable, and supported in reaching their full potential.
