Moving Forward’s spacious property is in beautiful West Barnstable. The area offers plenty of access to recreational and cultural activities.

We encourage and promote health and wellness through daily physical activity and training on topics such as nutrition, anxiety, and stress management.

Member goals are individualized and developed to support the members to reach their full potential.
